We invite you in to Grandma DeNoyer’s home, where family and friends have been welcome for over fifty years! Grandma DeNoyer, who was widely known for her North Loup cafe and her famous cinnamon rolls, moved in from the farm after purchasing her home in the 1950s.

Family owned and operated, Grandma’s approximately 1200 square feet two story home is complete with two full bathrooms and four bedrooms, which can easily sleep ten people (double occupancy plus two singles). A renovated kitchen, includes a dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. Some staple supplies are available. We just ask that you replace what you use. A washer and dryer are also on the premises.

It is our family’s desire to create an environment that replicates the comforts of home. It’s a great place to stay while visiting family, attending class reunions, enjoying North Loup’s “Popcorn Days”, participating in the annual “Junk Jaunt” event, tanking on local rivers or taking advantage of our hunting season.

A barbecuer is on site for your use however no wi-fi service.

Fees:

• $150/night with $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit.

• $130/night for seven nights or more with $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit.

• $15/night - Pets upon prior approval only
  

50% deposit due within fourteen days of booking.
Cancellations ten days or less shall result in deposit forfeiture.
$45 service charge for returned checks.

Checks only made payable to Cindy Greer accepted.
